What a Dietitian Does?

- It’s far more than meal planning! And it definitely has nothing to do with putting you on the latest fad “Diet” or fitting you into a box.

A dietitian is a qualified health professional who uses science-backed nutrition strategies to support your health. Working with a dietitian means you gain expert support to understand your body, your relationship with food, and how nutrition affects your health, not just a list of foods to eat.

Why your weight or appearance DON’T matter to us?

- We strongly advocate a body acceptance and non-diet approach

We believe in “good enough nutrition” and that everyone is doing the best they can!

We also believe wellness isn’t defined by weight or appearance but by healthy behaviours, self-care, and a positive relationship with food and body.
