Tess is a genuine and warm psychologist who is dedicated to creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable. Her therapeutic style is authentic and grounded in empathy, with a strong emphasis on vulnerability and being truly heard. Tess takes a strengths-based and collaborative approach, building trusting relationships with her clients and taking the time to understand their unique experiences, needs, and goals.

Tess is a Clinical Psychology Registrar registered with AHPRA and is currently working toward endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. She holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney and has experience supporting clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults. Tess works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and adjustment to life transitions, offering a steady presence to support them through challenges and foster meaningful change.

Tess takes a holistic approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based modalities and adapting for each individual. She has training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy (ST), creating a personalised approach to care. Tess also has experience administering neurocognitive assessments for ADHD with both children and adults. She is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
